Everything is delivered direct to your organisation. 

One man isn’t enough when it comes to white goods or large furniture, so we send two! Many lines are on next day delivery, with larger items coming straight from the manufacturers within a few days. We aim to deliver Small Electrical Appliances within 48 working hours from the day of receipt of the order.

There may be delays due to supply chain, but we always aim to deliver your goods within 7-14 working days and the dispatch team/courier will contact you directly to arrange a suitable your delivery for large item(s).

Where order tracking is available, a link will be sent in a text message once the item has been dispatched.

To ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible your order may arrive in separate deliveries.

In general, we do not accept the return of unwanted or change of mind goods.
Other than by agreement, we will only accept returned goods if they are defective or damaged upon delivery and if required, we have carried out an inspection.
All returns to C Supplies should be authorised before being returned, unauthorised returns may be declined and returned to you at your cost.

RETURNING A FAULTY PRODUCT

Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if the product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault.

If a product develops a fault after 30 days of purchase, you may be asked to contact manufacturers directly to discuss further.
