The ‘Landlord Luxury’ is a great quality, medium/ firm mattress specifically designed for professional lets, HMO's and Landlords. This mattress is Contract Source 5 complying with fire regulations for tenanted properties. Like the 'Landlord Executive' we use the upgraded spring unit, we then add 1200g of fillings to give this mattress another 4cm of depth and also a slightly softer and more luxurious feel. This will keep the mattress feeling comfortable for longer and prolong the life as well.
